Conference Registration Fees

Member	$175
Non-Member	$250 Join OAACE or Renew Your Membership Today!
Presenter	Complimentary* Accepted presentations include complimentary conference registration for the lead presenter only. Co-presenters must register separately and pay the applicable conference registration fee.
Board Member	Complimentary

Conference Registration Cancellation Policy

All conference registration cancellation requests must be received in writing no later than Sept. 30th. Cancellations received by Sept. 30th will incur a $50.00 administrative fee, with the balance of the registration paid credited in the same form of payment received. 

If a conference registration cancellation is needed, send an email to: oaace@oaace.org. Include in the email the registrants full name, organization name and contact email address.  The cancellation request will be replied to via email within two business days. 

No conference registration cancellation request will be refunded the registration fee on or after October 1st.
