OAACE Conference 2021

The 2021 conference was held at the Embassy Suites in Dublin, Oh. on Sept. 30th & Oct. 1st, 2021.

Conference registration costs for OAACE members was $285.00 for both days.  The non-member rate was $325.00, Board Members & presenter rate was $225.00.  Check back soon for the 2022 fall conference dates!

Safety Protocols

We are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all our attendees.  In that spirit, we ask that all those in attendance be fully vaccinated or have a negative COVID test within 72 hours of the conference.  It is expected that attendees will wear a mask and maintain social distance while inside the conference space.

Hilton CleanStay Standards provide elevated cleanliness and sanitation across the entire attendee journey. A cleaning protocol checklist is completed to verify an event space is sanitized and disinfected prior to event start. Sanitizing Stations will have prominence in primary entryways as well as key high traffic areas including inside and outside event space(s), meal and beverage service areas, public restrooms and congregating areas.

We ask that anyone experiencing symptoms of illness to please refrain from attending the conference.

2020 Virtual Conference

The fall virtual conference 2020 took place on Fridays October 30th through November 30th.  Session recordings can be found on the OAACE YouTube channel.
