We are excited to share that this year’s OAACE conference will take place on Thursday, October 23 and Friday, October 24 at the Embassy Suites Columbus-Dublin hotel located at 5100 Upper Metro Pl, Dublin, OH 43017.

There is a room block reserved at Embassy Suites by Hilton Columbus-Dublin starting on Wednesday, October 22nd, 2025 and October 23rd, 2025.

The room block and conference rate ($144.00) is valid through Sept. 25 or until the block sells out. It is recommended that you make your room reservation as soon as possible.

When booking your overnight room through the conference link, parking is complimentary. If you book outside of the conference link using a third party website or Hilton Honors there will be a parking charge.
