Conference cancellation policy: registration cancellations must be recieved in writing to the OAACE Coordinator at: oaace@oaace.org
a minimum of two weeks prior to the start date of the conference. Cancellations received on or after Oct.9th will not receive a refund. Cancellations received prior to Oct. 9th will be issued a refund (less a $50.00 administrative fee) within 30 days after the conference.
